[Just a heads-up, this episode is 3/4 video and then becomes audio only as the video was corrupt, but I was able to edit the audio together from back up audio files.]
What does it actually mean to trust yourself?
Not conceptually, but as a lived, embodied practice?
In this episode, we dive into the messy, beautiful process of reclaiming your authority: the moment you realise you’ve been outsourcing your decisions, the terror of saying no when everything in your conditioning screams yes, and what happens when you finally stop performing and start listening to your body. We explore the Leo-Aquarius axis, the myth of the isolated family unit, why we’re all drowning trying to save each other, and how your core wound might just be your greatest gift.
In this episode we explore:
The Leo-Aquarius axis and what it means for the collective as we move into the Aquarian age
Why “belonging” doesn’t mean conforming; it means being yourself within community
The myth of the nuclear family and why we’re all “drowning trying to save each other”
How motherhood became Jessie’s gateway to trusting her intuition unconditionally
Gate 29 and the journey from saying yes to everything to honouring when cycles are complete
The difference between the gift of commitment and the shadow of half-heartedness (and knowing when it’s time to let go)
Why your core wound is your greatest gift
This conversation is for you if:
You’re navigating your Saturn return or a major life transition

EBONIE :What does being ‘full of yourself’ mean to you? What are you FULL of?
JESSIE: I’d say I’m full of awareness.
Pattern recognition.
And trust, especially self-trust.
I don’t need everyone to agree with me anymore, and I don’t need to convince people. I trust my perception, my pace, and my decisions even when they don’t look conventional. That actually makes me more compassionate and less reactive because I’m not trying to perform a life anymore.
EBONIE: What do you see as the most important or valuable shift or change you’ve made for yourself in your adult life?
JESSIE: The biggest shift was moving from achievement-based identity to self-trust-based identity. I used to feel safe when I was doing things “right.” Motherhood broke that.
EBONIE: Complete this sentence: “At my essence I am full of .....”
JESSIE: At my essence I am full of curiosity, devotion, and awareness. I’m deeply interested in understanding patterns in people, in cycles, in timing, in why things unfold the way they do. I don’t experience life as random. I experience it as meaningful. And I think the core of my work is helping people trust themselves enough to participate in their own life again instead of just reacting to it.
“ I’m always gonna be learning how to say no to things that aren’t right for me, because that’s just, my journey. It’s not something I’m good at, right? But I can recognize and pivot -, lean into that Manifesting Generator part of me, I can pivot, I can let things end.”
